The Institute of Space and Earth Information Science (ISEIS) at CUHK is establishing a program in Earth System Science. The program complements JLGIS, strengthens the current remote sensing/GIS capabilities and provides interdisciplinary research in atmospheric, oceanic, solid earth, and hydrospheric research. Students with a good science (physics, chemistry, biology, geoscience) mathematics, statistics or engineering background are invited to apply to the program. students knowledgeable in the following area are especially encouraged to apply.
