覃文汉老师个人简历：
Wenhan Qin received the B.S. degree in agricultural meteorology from Nanjing Institute of Meteorology, Nanjing, China, in 1983, and the M.S. degree in agricultural meteorology in 1986 and the Ph.D. degree in geoscience and remote sensing from the Graduate School, University of Science and Technology of China, Beijing, China.
He was a Postdoctoral Fellow in the Department of Computer Science, Wayne State University, from 1993 to 1995. From 1996 to 1999, he was at Code 923, Goddard Space Flight Center (GSFC)/NASA, as a Remote-Sensing Scientist associated with the Department of Geography, University of Maryland, College Park, on 3-D scene-simulation development and applications in remote sensing and ecological studies. He has been with Code 916 (now called 613.3), GSFC/NASA, Greenbelt, MD, since 1999 as a Staff Scientist, and since 2001, as a Senior Staff Scientist of Science Systems and Application, Inc., on satellite remote sensing of atmospheric properties such as ozone and aerosols.
